YMCA of Metro Atlanta
AI governance, churn prediction and a marketing platform for a metro-area YMCA.
A large metro-area nonprofit needed to use AI responsibly, keep more of its members and run its marketing on solid data. Mar Dat worked with its marketing, technology and finance leaders from 2025 into 2026.
An AI governance framework
Mar Dat delivered an executive-level AI governance framework in October 2025: a documented organizational AI stance, five governance pillars each with a named lead (people, technology, finance and product, risk and regulatory, governance operations), separate autonomy policies for rules-based and collaborative agents, and a 30 and 90 day implementation roadmap.
A predictive churn model
A churn model built on roughly 95,000 members, with 89 percent accuracy, paired with branch-by-branch analysis of what drives members to stay or leave.
Workforce of the future
Recommendations for a human and agentic AI workforce across data science, conversational design, prompt engineering and sales automation, with staffing options for each.
Marketing Cloud, data dictionary and campaign operations
A Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation with a data dictionary that flags personal data and sets join rules, a campaign taxonomy, a tracking audit and new member journeys.
