What Mar Dat did
Mar Dat acted as the Salesforce owner and administrator across three entities in mid-reorganization: assessment, governance and data carve-out validation, requirements through user acceptance testing, and a new Sales Cloud with TaskRay interfaced to a new SAP instance.
The result
The standalone company launched on an independent, validated Sales Cloud instance with defined governance.
