The challenge
Investor-relations and deal teams spent hours preparing for capital-raising meetings, pulling pipeline, declined deals, notes and relationship history from fragmented Salesforce data.
What Mar Dat built
A native Salesforce Agentforce agent that produces meeting cheat sheets, answers questions in conversation and drafts executive email briefings, with retrieval data assets and prompt logic designed around the client's data. Mar Dat worked through early Agentforce limits with Salesforce and ran a guided build session so the Saasinct team could operate it.
The result
A working AI meeting-preparation and relationship-intelligence layer inside Salesforce, operating within the client's existing governance and security. The agent went live in March 2025.
