Mar Dat delivered the Salesforce implementation and a turnover package: best practices documentation, recommended next steps after go-live, a feedback survey template, an email journey and a health check.
Agentforce agents
Mar Dat then set up and built Agentforce agents for HYPE, extending the platform from record-keeping to an assistant that supports the team's daily work.
