Mar Dat is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Email Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing best practices and email creation. As a Salesforce Email Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our and our client’s email marketing campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through effective email communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to target specific audience groups and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create dynamic content and personalized messaging to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of email campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability, rendering, and performance, and implement solutions to optimize email deliverability and inbox placement.
  • Maintain email marketing calendar and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to deadlines.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to test and optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for maximum effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 3-5 years in email marketing, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation/SQL, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Ampscript for email template design and customization.
  • Excellent customer facing & analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
  • Experience with CRM integration and customer data management preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.

Job # 2: Salesforce Application Architect with Data expertise

Mar Dat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Data (and Salesforce Data Architect Cert) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, migration, integration, and development, coupled with hands-on experience in developing custom solutions using Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, data model design, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Design and architect Salesforce data models, scalable and performant solutions following Salesforce architectural best practices, tailored to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and data architecture designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure a smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

  • Extensive experience in custom application development, designing and implementing Salesforce data models, custom objects, and complex data relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework for developing custom user interfaces and components within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce applications and integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
